Powerfully Strong is a semi-private training program created for you and other incredible women navigating midlife and the changes of perimenopause and menopause. This program is all about empowering women like you, offering personalized sessions in small groups of 3-5 women each. Workouts will be individually tailored to your goals, your body, YOU! Get the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. Powerfully Strong is MORE than a fitness program; it’s a journey to becoming your strongest, healthiest, and empowered self.

Cost: 2x/week = $580/month for 3 months or pay up front and save $150 ($1590)
