Everyone was new once. We know it can be awkward and intimidating to walk into a circle of people you don’t know, but I promise it will be worth it. You can expect welcoming faces and women happy to be outside enjoying some movement together. We start with introductions while we do a dynamic warm up and discuss the route for the day. Then we head out and run or walk/run or just move. It’s casual and fun. A no stress way to start the weekend. JOIN US

It costs $0 to be a part of our running community. We hold community runs in JP/Rosi neighborhood of Boston for women every Saturday at 8am. We also have a monthly Beer Run or Walk and a monthly Sunday Coffee Run or Walk.
If you want to join one of our Virtual Coached Team Training Programs, there is a cost of $115. These start up at various times during the year and run for about 10 weeks and include a Training Plan and Video Library and so much more. You don’t have to be local to join this program. You can access it all from Boston to Baton Rouge. Some women aim to complete the program with a race and some join to have the coach support and structure. Both are welcome and celebrated!

LIVE with Coach: Coaches will go live on FB and IG to go over specific topics, answer questions, have live pre-run warm ups you can join from anywhere (or replay if you run at a different time), offer tips and motivation in real time to keep you moving towards your goals.
On-Demand Video Library of strength training, core activation, warmup, and mobility videos to activate, mobilize and strengthen your running muscles and keep you injury free
Virtual training sessions and workshops led by the coaches or outside experts (eg, Physical Therapists) on various running topics
Voucher for two (2) FREE Power Within LIVE classes (can be used for in-person or live Zoom online classes.
Donation: As part of Power Within's mission to support health focused non profits advocating for underrepresented populations, a portion of your membership fee will be donated.

No! Our run coaching is virtual and can be accessed from anywhere.

What are your goals? Our programs fall into two categories:
LAUNCH which will help you reach a distance new to you (or return to the distance after injury or time off)
And
ELEVATE which incorporates weekly speed work and will help you reach new heights and time goals in a distance you have run before (or have come close to running).
When you sign up, you will be able to access the plans and decide while one is right for you.

With our smart training plans that include self care, mobility, and strength training, we do everything we can to keep you on track. But we understand that injuries and sickness happen sometimes regardless. Refunds unfortunately will not be given, but the schedule and all the weekly information emails and lessons are yours to keep. You can take a break and restart when you are ready. And once you’re in the PW community, you’re in so we’ll be here to support and cheer you on whenever you’re ready to cross that finish line.
